1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Aevis ("the agency"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or deploy our autonomous agents.

2. Description of service

Aevis provides artificial intelligence solutions, including but not limited to, the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of autonomous AI agents ("agents"). These agents utilize third-party large language models (LLMs) to perform specific business functions.

3. AI performance and limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI agents are probabilistic and may occasionally produce inaccurate or "hallucinated" information.

  • The agency is not liable for errors, omissions, or actions taken by an agent during autonomous operation.

  • Service quality is dependent on the quality of data provided by the client.

4. Intellectual property

  • Agency property: Aevis retains all rights, titles, and interests in the proprietary methodologies, custom code, and internal logic used to build and orchestrate the agents.

  • Client property: The client retains all rights to the specific data provided to the agent and the final outputs generated by the agent for the client's internal use.

5. Third-party providers

Our agents interact with third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, HubSpot, LinkedIn). Your use of these services through our agents is subject to the respective terms and conditions of those third-party providers. Aevis is not responsible for any changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by these platforms.

6. Fees and payment

Fees for services are outlined in individual project proposals or subscription tiers. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate service level agreement (SLA). Failure to maintain payment may result in the immediate suspension of active agents.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the partnership, including business strategies, technical data, and proprietary workflows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aevis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the agents, even if the agency has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement upon [30] days' written notice. Upon termination, the client’s access to active agent deployments may be revoked.

10. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State].
